We were pretty disappointed with our experience. With how expensive the food is here, the quality was not good. We ordered the factory nachos and the chips were burnt to a crisp. We sent them back and they remade them, and they returned with a plate that looked just as burnt as the last. Frustrated, we just took them. They comped us for the nachos, but that's not the point. Sending out burnt food twice is kind of mind boggling. A kids bowl of Mac and cheese with no sides or a drink was $9.50. Just overpriced and low quality. We probably won't be coming back.

My first visit to The Cheesecake Factory in Lubbock with my family was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing with plenty of delicious options for everyone. The service was quick, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. The atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and perfect for spending quality time with family. We truly enjoyed the experience and look forward to visiting again.

One of the best places to experience a diverse menu that just doesn't focus one type or style of food. The staff is friendly and inviting making your dining visit just that more pleasant. The ambiance is stylish, elegant yet you won't feel out of place if you walk in with shorts, sandals, and a long sleeve linen shirt. The place surprisingly isn't loud and you can enjoy a conversation without having to raise your voice. Again, their menu items are like no other restaurant because of the diversity in choices. Kansas, was my waitress and she was attentive, knowledgeable, caring and super sweet! I can also say that the leadership of their Manager was on point. She was communicative, understanding and very professional. If an order isn't right? She immediately will correct the issue and not leave you feeling unsatisfied or frustrated. I personally experience that. For sure, this is a place I would choose to come everytime I'm in Lubbock.. Why go elsewhere? Coffee and dessert after? They don't call it Cheesecake Factory without having the savory abundance of choices!! Enjoy!!!!!

When dining in at the restaurant, the food is excellent. ....but when ordering pick up it's a different story. I had ordered the Double Smash Cheeseburger which has grilled onions on it. The grilled onions were completely black, I couldn't even tell they were onions anymore. And most of my burger was blackened as well. I had to scrape off half of it just to eat it. I didn't think to take a picture until I was halfway through it. I didn't even finish it. My son ordered the Steak Frites which also has grilled onions on it. He said his onions were burnt as well and it ruined the taste of the steak. We had also ordered a quesadilla and shrimp fettuccine alfredo. Both of those dishes were perfectly fine. All of the cheesecake we had was great! However, the overall experience was very disappointing, because when we got there the cashier had to go pack it up. You would think that she would have noticed it was burnt but nobody thought to say anything and they just handed the burnt food to us like it didn't matter and like we hadn't just spent $150 on it.

We had such a great meal here. It was my first time coming here and we loved it. I got the Korean chicken and was amazing. My husband got the pepperoni pizza with hot honey and omg was so good. The cheesecake was out of this world. The upside down pineapple cheese cake was amazing. Great place to dine with great service and a nice clean place to dine.
